What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture orders?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the selected white-glove delivery service.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, USSA Design ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We partner with artisans who use FSC-certified wood, recycled metals, and eco-friendly textiles to ensure every piece is as kind to the planet as it is beautiful in your home.
