At USSA Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your USSA Design account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
